Corned Beef and Rice



Here is another great, yet inexpensive meal that the whole family will love. I know mine do. This recipe is so yummy and very easy to make, great for days when you're in a hurry.




Break up the corned beef in the pan. One can is enough for a family of four. Just saute it until the corned beef is crumbled.

Add in (2) 8oz cans of tomato sauce. The corned beef can be quite salty so might want to use unsalted tomato sauce. Break it up and fold together with your weapon of choice. Using the same tomato can, fill with water, this way you don't waste any of the tomato sauce. Then add them to the corned beef. Also add 1 can of whole kernel corn, make sure to drain the water first.

Next are the spices. I usually add 1 packet of Sazon, about a teaspoon of Adobo and some black pepper.

Last, let simmer until hot. Serve over rice.

A really fast, inexpensive, delicious meal.
